For example, how the family is sealed together, yet each individual must live up to their covenants to be able to be with their family for eternity. The group must work together to succeed, but (unlike school projects) one person does not individually bring about the downfall of the entire group, each individual gets to choose their own success.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3639991305955575215.post-39615234986169737212015-02-26T09:27:55.778-08:002015-02-26T09:27:55.778-08:00Also consider being the change you want to see in ...Also consider being the change you want to see in the candidates and run for office! Especially local offices like school board, city councils, and other special purpose elected seats (port districts, fire districts, parks, etc). While being at the table doesn't mean that our perspective will always win, it does help gently turn the conversations and decisions in the right direction in the long run. It is also a great way to put those church leadership skills to good use in benefitting our communities!!Kathryn Simpsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06034884126922385053noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3639991305955575215.post-48484246058006103472015-02-11T09:09:17.543-08:002015-02-11T09:09:17.543-08:00I was just thinking yesterday after the awesome tr...I was just thinking yesterday after the awesome training meeting you came and did for our stake how although the calling of seminary teacher can be spiritually exhausting we are also given so many incredible opportunities for spiritual rejuvenation. That's my favorite part of the gospel, the pure refreshment that is available to all of us that keeps us from ever running dry. If we drink of the living water we will truly never thirst again. I am so grateful for those people who have, and still do, take the time to answer my endless questions and give me gentle (and sometimes not so gentle but completely necessary) corrections along the way!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3639991305955575215.post-24308242419015289142015-01-28T08:39:45.196-08:002015-01-28T08:39:45.196-08:00It was a life changing realization for me too.
